We accept returns for new unused products including hats and apparel. Books are not returnable or refundable.
Returnable/refundable items are subject approval under the following conditions:
- Item is shipped back within 10 days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by customer but may be refunded after approval.
- Item has not been used or worn. Items determined (at our discretion) to have been used or worn shall not be approved for refund or replacement.
- Items are only accepted for return if damaged or wrong product.
- Items damaged in shipping are not refundable or returnable, but may be covered by the carrier if insured. Please contact the carrier directly for more information.

- Include the order number, your phone number, reason for the return (i.e. damaged or wrong product), and a picture of the item in your email.
- Although we strive to respond immediately please allow 10 days for review and approval. Do not ship items until you receive approval via email.
- Once approved for return, customer will be provided a "ship to" address. Unapproved items will not be refunded or replaced.
- Once item is received, item will be refunded or will be replaced at our discretion.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by customer to purchase the item.
- Replacement items will be shipped to the customer at no additional charge.
